How we moderate reviews
A person reads every review before it is published. We do not publish a review when it:
- contains someone else's personal data, real name, or contact details
- attacks or defames a specific person
- is advertising, spam, or meaningless repeated characters
- contains sexual or discriminatory language
- is unrelated to the service
- states unverifiable outcomes — such as accuracy rates or gains in wealth or health — as fact
We never reject or hide a review because the rating is low.
Writers can take their own review down at any time from settings, and the question credits they received are not taken back.
