How accurate are the AI responses?

Responses are grounded in verified calculation engines (Swiss Ephemeris, lunar-python, etc.). Results are pattern descriptions only — they cannot predict the future or substitute for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Is my birth information stored securely?

Birth information is used only to compute charts and is stored in a database with strictly controlled access. Passwords are one-way hashed (bcrypt) so they cannot be recovered to plain text. We do not share your data with third parties except where you ask us to — for example, when you use a compatibility invitation link to view a result together with someone else. When you close your account, your birth information and conversation history are deleted and your account details are anonymised; payment and transaction records that we are legally required to keep are retained for the period prescribed by law.
